Previews that are dependent on dimension resources don't render.

Steps to repro:

• Open the following project in Android Studio https://github.com/dturner/ScreenshotTestingPreviewIssue
• Open the file ScreenshotTests.kt

Expected result:

• GreetingPreview is rendered correctly in the preview panel, displaying the text "Hello"

Actual result:

• GreetingPreview is not rendered in the preview panel, instead an error mark is shown, however, no error is displayed in the error messages panel.

Note that if I remove the following block of code from the preview, it is rendered correctly:

Modifier.padding(
    dimensionResource(R.dimen.my_padding)
)

This would indicate that there is possibly a problem resolving the resource value. Possible dup of https://b.corp.google.com/issues/370696614.
