Description

Webhook is unable to @mention people in space if they were added through the add group functionality.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create space S
2. Add one user (U1) to space S directly
3. Create a group G
4. Add user U2 to the group G
5. Add group G to the space S
6. Create a Webhook W for space S
7. Send a simple cURL as the one in Code part above

Expected result

Any user can be mentioned if webhook is using <users/ID> format

Actual result

Only user that is a direct member of a space can be mentioned
