Allowing experimental annotations currently requires a hardcoded list of all experimental annotations.

Ideally we can just use a meta annotation (RequiresOptIn) like Metalava instead of listing all direct annotations. This will need to be implemented as part of binary-compatibility-validator. I'll add a link once I file the request.

This was fixed in the same changed that fixed b/253531073, link: https://android-review.googlesource.com/c/platform/frameworks/support/+/2253857/3/sqlite/sqlite/src/main/java/androidx/sqlite/db/SupportSQLiteQueryBuilder.kt

But I think it has not reached google3 yet. Closing as dupe.
