- No third party launcher using Default pixel launcher
- I cannot for now recreate the bug but will enable screen record and upload when caught

Open Settings > System > Developer Options
Open Settings > Network & internet
Open Settings > Security & privacy
Basically wherever the settings app is using the list item that has a title and/or description and/or some component on the end
* Issue Category e.g. Framework (platform), NDK (platform), Hardware (CPU, GPU, Sensor, Camera), ART (platform), Runtime Permissions etc

The margin at the start of this list item is larger than the margin at the end resulting in an off-center appearance
