Description
This is needed primarily for Real-time applications in Voice/Audio/Telephony Channel.
1.In a Dialogflow CX-Project/Agent, choose Conversation History
2. Use filter; No Match is available to use, I need No_Input
3.And the same need for "Flow Analysis - Graph" in "Overlay metric". I need a "No Input rate" in the same way that "No match rate" is available to use today
The only way we have found to do this follow-up today is to use "Agent Utterance" to filter on the Error handeling Prompt that follows a No_Input event - but, since this text van vary from place to place in the Dialog (and have different alternatives in the same page) it is very difficult to get the whole picture in this way.
