DESCRIBE THE ISSUE IN DETAIL:
I have the documentation site set as "Appearance: dark theme" (via the page's toolbar) to make it more comfortable to read, especially at night. (Windows 10 set to Dark theme, latest Chrome set to "Device" i.e. dark). When I open a page on
What I'd expect (and what every other site with a dark theme seems to do) is for the page to be themed immediately (ideally with no visible flash of white at all) before any content is displayed.
Right now I literally have to avert my eyes when opening a documentation page sometimes so I don't get blinded, feels like a big accessibility issue!
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Open a page on
2. Click the moon icon and set the appearance to "dark theme"
3. Open another page on the site in a new tab (e.g. middle-click a link)
4. Page is not dark
5. Wait a bit
6. Now it is
