Problem you have encountered:
Unable to add the below permissions in the deny policy as they are unsupported as per the below documentation
What you expected to happen: Able to use the below permissions in the deny policy.
appengine.versions.get
firebase.clients.list
firebase.projects.get
firebaseappcheck.services.get
firebaseauth.configs.get
Firebasedatabase.instances.list
Steps to reproduce:

Other information (workaround):
Only allow users who should have these permissions in IAM allow policy (on IAM page).
Also the user can create a custom role as well for these permissions.
