What you would like to accomplish:  It's expected that, when running the command "gcloud artifacts vulnerabilities list <IMAGE_NAME> --format=json", information indicating whether the image is in a stale state is retrieved.


How this might work: Adding an additional field to the output generated when running the command "gcloud artifacts vulnerabilities list <IMAGE_NAME> --format=json"


If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient: Currently, it's not possible to know if an image is in a stale state when running the command "gcloud artifacts vulnerabilities list <IMAGE_NAME> --format=json".
