The "Use the emulator with a proxy" section of the "Set up Android Emulator networking" documentation currently incorrectly guides the user to access the "Proxy settings" that are no longer present within the Android Studio emulator extended controls dialog.

Instead, the guide needs to be updated to remove this reference to old functionality and provide an alternative method such as how to set up a proxy within the EMU's Android image itself
