Description
Please provide as much information as possible. At least, this should include a description of your issue and steps to reproduce the problem. If possible please provide a summary of what steps or workarounds you have already tried, and any docs or articles you found (un)helpful.
Problem you have encountered:
The currently supported condition attributes are not applicable to Identity and Access Management (IAM) as resource type attributes, resource service attributes, or resource name attributes.
A feature request has been submitted to expand the current available options. The client's use case is to grant a principal the ability to create service accounts within a project, but with a restriction that the service account names must begin with a specific prefix.

Be able to use conditions with resource name, resource type and resource service applicable to Identity and Access Management (IAM).
