Problem you have encountered: Create db replica to specific zone (both same and cross region then primary) using api/sqladmin client using GceZone flag is not working as it does when using gcloud command.

Error Code and Message :

- While using instance.settings.locationpreferrance

Error 400: The GCE zone is in a different geographical region.,

Error 400: Request contains unrecognized GCE zone when creating or updating
an instance., errorUnrecognizedGceZone

What you expected to happen:

Create the Cloud SQL replica with a specific primary and secondary zone.
