What steps would let us observe this issue?

1. Ensure assistant activated commands are enabled, such as 'snooze / stop / answer / decline'
2. Have an alarm go off or a phone call and deal with them in a normal method.
3. Answer / decline the call, as you normally would or stop the alarm.

What did you expect to happen?
The assistant action prompt to go away.

What actually happened?
The prompt remains persistent, and renders the keyboard unusable.

What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?

Please watch the video provided - the prompt does not go away unless you lock and unlock the phone.
