AnchoredDraggable is now stable in compose-foundation, which provides a robust building block for handling dragging between anchor states.

Migrating to use AnchoredDraggable for pane expansion instead of a custom implementation will have multiple benefits:

• We can align terminology with the AnchoredDraggable API, to avoid introducing unrelated but similar terms
• We can leverage the AnchoredDraggable support for saving, updating anchors, and cancellation
