Description
This will create a public issue which anybody can view and comment on.
Please provide as much information as possible. At least, this should include a description of your issue and steps to reproduce the problem. If possible please provide a summary of what steps or workarounds you have already tried, and any docs or articles you found (un)helpful.
Problem you have encountered:
Customer is looking for a feature with respect to the GVC Meeting calendar invite sent for the GCP support cases which Customer would like to have the meeting invite directly added to their calendar making the scheduling easier(Not to add the Meeting details manually) and also having a link to the support cases added in the calendar with a brief description as well. Customer's requirement is a feature request.
What you expected to happen:
GVC meeting to be scheduled in customer calendar with a link describing the case details.
Steps to reproduce:
The only option we currently have is to add the customer name under Guests while scheduling the meeting with case number in the Title for reference,so they will be notified before the meet through their calendar.
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
No documentation found regarding this issue.
