Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.

What you would like to accomplish:

Make log sinks as an available resource type for IAM conditions [1].
Currently only logBucket and logView are available

How this might work:

This would allow conditions to be placed on log sinks to restrict who can modify them for example.
