Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.

What you would like to accomplish:

Add logging.googleapis.com as an available resource for configuring org policy custom constraints [1].

How this might work:

This could allow administrators to create organizational policy constraints for log buckets and log sinks for example.
