What steps would let us observe this issue?

1. Unenroll from Android 15 QPR 1 beta 3.1
2. Go and check for firmware update
3. Find that the only update you're provided is the "WITH DATA WIPE"
4. Cuss, scream, get pissed off, tell Google to fuck themselves for being so stupid that they would release a stable update with a date older than the beta.
5. Demand a management change for the beta program, someone that stupid has no place running a program for Google let alone any other company. I wouldn't hire this incompetent fool to pick up the dog shit in my yard.
6. Sit down and write a very frustrated feedback.
7. I've been on Google beta program since the Pixel 4A days and have never seen or experienced so much incompetence from a global corporation.
8. Don't make me sick Trump on you, you ARE manufacturing your devices in a foreign country that just so happens to be an political enemy of the United States
9. Hope you enjoy those import tariffs you stupid incompetent bastard.

What did you expect to happen?
I would expect that when a new stable comes out and you choose to opt out of the beta because, well it sucks! To be able to smoothly install the stable firmware without having to do a data wipe, the way it has always been since the beginning of the Google Android beta programs.

What actually happened?
I'm not allowed to even sideload the stable version of Android 15 QPR1 because I have a beta 3.1 version that is dated newer than the stable release version.... Are you folks actually that fucking stupid. It's been roughly two weeks since the stable release and you haven't figured out how to send a patch to allow those people that stupidly updated to QPR 1 beta 3.1 to install the Current stable version.
