Problem you have encountered:

The Extract Data connector is no longer saving the selected time, it keeps reverting to the default time after clicking "Save and extract".

This is an issue, because we want to control the time at which our data updates.

What you expected to happen:

I expect the time to save after I click "Save and extract".

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Extract Data source, or select an existing one
2. Edit it and select a different time
3. Select "Save and extract"
4. Edit the data source again, and see that the newly selected time did not save.

Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):

NA -- tried making a new extracted data source and the problem remains, the default time remains, despite changing it.
