What's the Problem?
We know that managing storage space can be a challenge, especially when it comes to large games like Genshin Impact. That's why we're introducing this new feature to provide you with more flexibility in managing your storage space.
How Does it Work?
With Android 16, you'll be able to download OBB files directly to your SD card. This means that you can store large game files on your device without taking up valuable internal storage space.
But that's not all! We're also introducing a symlink creation feature, which allows you to access files from your SD card as if they were stored internally. This makes it easy to install updates and manage your files.
Enhanced Privacy Settings
We've also implemented enhanced privacy settings to limit access to apps that need to read or write files from the SD card. This ensures that only necessary permissions are granted, providing an additional layer of security for your device.

Here's a breakdown of how this feature works:
OBb File Download: When you download an OBB file directly to your SD card, it will be stored in the /sdcard directory.
Symlink Creation: We'll create a symlink to access files from your SD card as if they were stored internally. This allows you to access files from your SD card without having to navigate through multiple directories.
Privacy Settings: We've implemented enhanced privacy settings to limit access to apps that need to read or write files from the SD card. This ensures that only necessary permissions are granted, providing an additional layer of security for your device.
