The R8 build does include these files in our jar and they are not used/needed. I'll amend our build to avoid including them and merge it to the release branches.

I want to implement deep linking for google chat app. In my react native mobile app (both ios and android), I want to open one specific google chat space using custom url scheme when user clicks button in mobile app.
Impact
There is no any documentation or official guide for custom url scheme. This will improve google chat usage among people and will make life easy.
