1) What's the feature?
Here we want both percentage and the reference value in the single value visualization with the progress bar enabled.

2) How do you plan on using this feature?
For the time being we can add either the value or the metrics. We cannot add two values so that one could show the percentage of some number and other will show the reference or target value which will help the user to get more insight.

3) What's the impact that this feature will have on you or your business? (Time saved, new users, etc.)
The current situation will only show the either of them which could be better if two of them are added
