Description
Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.
What you would like to accomplish:
To have a tool that can be used to migrate all the different artifacts from one repository to another.
How this might work:
Similar to the 'gcrane' tool for Docker images, but this could be used for all the other types of artifacts.
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
Because there's no official tool to accomplish this and the official way to accomplish this is to download the artifacts from the source repository file by file and then pushing them to the destiny repository.
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
Another way could be by creating a script that used the Artifact Registry API. However this could also cause issues related with debugging and troubleshooting the script, as opposed to an official tool.
