Currently, documentation states that `openPage` throws `IllegalStateException` if the PdfRenderer was closed before the call to `openPage`. However, that is not the only situation in which `IllegalStateException` may be thrown. I inadvertently had a malformed PDF that I was testing with in my app and when trying to load certain pages it was throwing a `IllegalStateException`. It was unclear to me why that exception was being thrown since I was able to verify with a debugger that the `PdfRenderer` object had not been closed yet.

It was only by searching through the Android Source Code that I found the true source of the exception being https://cs.android.com/android/platform/superproject/+/android14-qpr3-release:frameworks/base/libs/hwui/jni/pdf/PdfRenderer.cpp?q=nativeOpenPageAndGetSize, and that's when I tried opening the PDF in another reader and realized that some of the pages were malformed.

I think it makes sense to update the documentation at https://developer.android.com/reference/android/graphics/pdf/PdfRenderer#openPage(int) to make it clear that `IllegalStateException` may also be thrown if the PDF page is malformed.
