Problem you have encountered:

Duplicate accounts associated with the same email address can occur, although infrequently, when sign-up requests are submitted simultaneously or within a very short timeframe.

What you expected to happen:

The Identity Platform should prevent the creation of multiple accounts with the same email address.

Steps to reproduce:

• Simultaneously create two users (within 10ms of each other)

Workaround

• Introduce a delay between signups (0.5s)
