When trying to test my integration, I get the following error:

This integration's Action is not linked to your Google Account. Here's how to link your Action (https://developers.home.google.com/cloud-to-cloud/test#run-tests)

However, the linked documentation gives no information on how to link the Action to the Google Account. The account being used has full owner permissions to the project.
