The NavDestination.fillInLabel method attempts to fill in the label of the NavDestination with arguments. However, it does this by (in every case but NavType.ReferenceType) by just calling args[argName].toString() - e.g., just directly calling toString() on the object in the SavedState bundle.

While this approach works for simple types, a custom NavType might not store their class directly in the Bundle - for example, if using the @Serializable support, it would be stored as a Bundle, which means the toString() is unlikely to actually be what is needed.

Instead, fillInLabel should take into account the NavType and use its get method to give the NavType control over exactly the object that is synthesized from the arguments. That way, developers could implement a custom toString() implementation on their object to control how it is displayed in the label.

Semantics no-op cleanups

Partly in response to lmr's broad code review, I did a pass of
superficial API/implementation cleanup. The main changes are:

- I changed each Boolean SemanticsProperty where false is equivalent to
not being present to take "Unit" instead. This is conceptually
clearer: it avoids questions like "can I cancel out a semantics from a
merged child by setting it to false?" Because "property = Unit" looks
weird, I also changed the style of these to "property()".

- I moved the Semantics id generator closer to where it's used, in
SemanticsModifierCore. I made it internal and an AtomicInt.
(Note that integer ids are heavily used in the Android
AccessibilityNodeInfo APIs so I can't simply remove them entirely.)

- I deleted dead code. Some examples include SemanticsHintOverrides,
a public API not connected to anything, and SemanticsPropertyKey
merge() open method which is never called. (In both cases I have
a different plan in mind for accessibility.)

So now I have updated to the latest version of v2.8.7, resulting in some null exceptions. I used {text} in the label field, and then passed it in the bundle parameter of the navigate method, which was used normally in v2.8.5

Now I have found a solution, that is, adding argument to navigation.
