How is this not for the developers? Who made the decision to have them
independently managed? Who owns them, YOU ALL do. So how do you account for
this potentially huge oversight? By hearing about issues, and taking them
seriously and not passing the buck. If this ticket goes away this issue
doesn't. It's like when you play hide and seek with a kid and they think if
they can't see you, then you can't see them. As far as I am concerned
everyone should be sharing this and jumping on it, and the ones dismissing
it are probably benefitting off the oversight.

I'm not a developer but there seems to be no where else to report the problem and even less people who do anything about it.
