Please fill out the following:

- Description

says that snippet.channelId should be: "The ID that YouTube uses to uniquely identify the user that added the item to the playlist."

However, it instead seems to just be returning the id of the user who created the playlist.

- Expected result

All the channelID values are the same UCh_pLJpEKoZo_AVU7LW789w. I'd expect some of them to be different as e.g. UExkWkVkOHpTdnFLaXpYeWdBT1lBTEhFazZtejhtVldFTS40MkFEQTBGM0Q3REE5MUUy was NOT added by the playlist creator.

- Is it 100% reproducible?

Haven't tried on other playlists, but this API call is reliable.
