Feature Request
Description
Due to policies within their organizations certain customers are unable to pull from Artifact Registry into their on-premises resources. Instead they must pull these images into an on-premises repository for use in their on-premises resources.
What you expected to happen:
It would be useful to have a feature which allows customer to mirror their Artifact Registry repositories to their on-premises.
This could be achieved by setting up some sort of trigger to push new images to the local repository as they are uploaded to Artifact Registry.
