I was provided access to this bug tracker by Jack Timbers several months ago. I am a Nest Cam user. I was on the Nest NFT trial, and I canceled my Nest NFT trial ~1.5 years ago. I have been very slow to manage this hardware issue. I have attached my email correspondence with Jack.
I am still unable to migrate one last Nest cameras to Google. The camera in question is:
Nest Outdoor Cam S/N 18B4305DCA73 When I try to add it through the Google Home app, the app just kicks me back to the home screen When I try to add it through the consumer Nest app, it states that it cannot find the camera
Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
