Hello,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
To check the Gateway IP address you can see :
VPC Networks -> Subnets Tab -> Gateway IP address . From here we can see the Gateway IP address.
Google Cloud uses the first two and last two IPv4 addresses in each subnet primary IPv4 address range to host the subnet. Google Cloud lets you use all addresses in secondary IPv4 ranges.
Note: Google Cloud software-defined networking reserves a virtual gateway IP address for the primary IP ranges of each subnet in a VPC network. However, virtual gateways do not respond to ICMP traffic or decrement IP TTL headers.
Thanks

Description
Please provide as much information as possible. At least, this should include a description of your issue and steps to reproduce the problem. If possible, please provide a summary of what steps or workarounds you have already tried, and any docs or articles you found (un)helpful.
Problem you have encountered: We would like to ask for a correction on IP Address feature on the VPC page to show GCP Reserved IP, today it is not being shown.
Not showing Subnet Gateway IP generated a problem to us because the IP requested by user was a Subnet Gateway IP, but it is not being shown on the console when we filter it. Once that it was not showing in the list of used IPs we allowed the usage. This misleading caused a service interruption by IP address duplication in a Palo Alto Firewall instance.
What you expected to happen: Be able to see all IP address in use, not just the IP that we deployed resources. Having full visibility of IPs we will not be misled and have no need of other third party tools to managed basic network information.
Steps to reproduce: In the VPC page go to IP Address and than filter IP for one subnet gateway IP. It will not being shown.
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc): Tried to see if this full IP list is in Asset Inventory, but doesn't looks like. Reference IP kinds that are not in the list of results here: Unusable addresses in IPv4 subnet ranges -
