My 2c: I expect it's safer and easier to modify com.android.studio.ml.transform.KotlinNameSuggestionProvider on our side than to backport the upstream commit (which may or may not semantically depend on other upstream changes). Modifying the platform is usually the last resort, especially since we don't run JetBrains tests.

(Plus, if you eventually want KotlinNameSuggestionProvider to be shipped in ij-aiplugin for IntelliJ IDEA, we won't be able to count on a patched platform there.)

Description
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create any class named App.kt and inside make it class Apple {}
2. right click on file and select rename
3. nothing happens no dialog box no rename, one can click rename file and can rename and then go inside the file and rename class name but unable to directly use rename function
