Themed icons seem to be already available on BP11.241121.013 build.

Thematic icons are enabled, everything is correct, but this application (Arts and Culture) uses a regular icon (NOT thematic one)
Additional information? Well, make the icon thematic (pink, yellow, etc.)
You have added support for theme icons for almost all your apps (Gmail, YouTube, Photos) but not for this app. It doesn't look nice on the desktop, the icon is just black. And it doesn't match the color of the system.
