I had the same problem!
I could solve it by putting the .aidl file in an aidl directory.

Description
It is understandable if there are available upgrade versions, the "Upgrade Available” button is enabled as you can see attached screenshot[1].
However, the GKE is running the same as the latest recommended version and the "Upgrade Available" button is still enabled[2] even if there is no indicated version of GKE available,
As a result, It makes the users confused to check whether the latest versions are available.
If the GKE is running the same as the latest recommended version, the "Upgrade Available” button should be disabled to avoid any confusion.
