Please fill out the following:

• Description

The notifySubscribers parameter can be set while uploading a video using the API, but it cannot be read or updated from the API despite it being possible to do in the Youtube Studio UI for drafts and unpublished videos. This forces the user to either set it only when uploading or to change the parameter on Youtube Studio.

data is read from a YAML file but you can fill those in manually for testing

the video should have it's notifySubscribers parameter set to the desired value so that it can be updated before publishing
