We are experiencing an issue with the IP reputation chart in Google Postmaster Tools on all websites. The error message displayed is as follows: "No data to display at this time. Please come back later. Postmaster Tools requires that your domain satisfies certain conditions before data is visible for this chart. Refer to the help page for more details."

The issue persists despite verifying that all domains meet the requirements outlined in the Postmaster Tools help page:

• Domains are properly authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Email traffic volume is significant enough to generate data.
• Domains are actively used for sending emails.

We have also waited for the data to update over several days, but no change has occurred.

Could you please investigate why the IP reputation data is not being displayed and provide guidance on resolving this issue?

Steps already taken:

• Verified SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
• Ensured significant email traffic.
• Checked other metrics in Postmaster Tools (e.g., Spam Rate) – these appear to function as expected.
