CAMERA APPLICATION NAME AND VERSION: CAMERA Version 9.7.047.702121536.18

ANDROID OS BUILD NUMBER: BP21.241121.009

DEVICE NAME: (Pixel 8)

DESCRIPTION: loud Ticking Noise in video after using snapchat

LI ST ANY EXPERIMENTAL FEATURES: (As an example - @ExperimentalCamera2Interop)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Record any video in snapchat
2. Now open System camera app and record again
3. Now there's a ticking noise in video

OBSERVED RESULTS: 10

EXPECTED RESULTS: 10

REPRODUCIBILITY: 10 out of 10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: the noise goes away after reboot but comes back again as soon as a video is recorded in snapchat, there's ticking noise only if video is recorded using system camera . Not on video recorded using snapchat.
