Description
Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.
What you would like to accomplish: Don't list as vulnerabilities those Rubygem packages that are being managed/updated by Ubuntu.
How this might work: Taking into account the fact that Ubuntu package maintainers backport security fixes to those default gems without incrementing the gem versions.
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc): A changelog containing the vulnerabilities and fixes applied to them related to those Ruby packages used by Ubuntu can be found here [1].
