What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.
1. When using the Time Zone API to get the time zone in specific areas close to the southern border between AZ and CA it results in a time zone that follows DST when in reality the address still falls within AZ state lines and should follow the rest of AZ time which does not follow DST. Here is an address as an example:
