What steps would let us observe this issue?

Have an upcoming event in calendar.
On always on display, at a glance shows time remaining until event
This time is offset by about 10 minutes late. Shows 25 minutes left when actually 15 minutes left.
Other views, lock screen, home screen show the correct time remaining

What did you expect to happen?
Accurate time remaining until event

What actually happened?
Wrong time, approximately an extra 10 minutes displayed

None - device worked normally

Thanks for the report. I believe that this is fixed in our development branch, and also in the branch that will become Ladybug Feature Drop Beta. If you could verify that this doesn't happen in a nightly build (from https://developer.android.com/studio/nightly) that would be helpful -- and of course if you can trigger this in a recent nightly build, that's would be very important information.

Sorry, I have not tried it on the nightly build, but since then I updated to Meerkat and I have not seen the freeze afterwards.
