Documentation at

https://developer.android.com/develop/ui/compose/layouts/adaptive/use-window-size-classes shows that the width of an unfolded foldable should be MEDIUM but it is actually reported as COMPACT (with or without font and/or display size as large). There is zero distinction between the width of portrait, folded Z Fold 3 vs unfolded while there is distinction between the same dimensions in landscape o.0

To work around this for our CHIPS tests, we had to use a java bridge and report what was available in javascript. But this doesn't fully cover http cookies which is an issue.
