We have shared this with our product and engineering team and will update this issue with more information as it becomes available.
Description
* switch picker to text input mode
* input some hour other than starting one
* remove hour text from input (whole at once)
* move to minutes field and change value
Current behavior
* listener gets previously written value as hours, while hint in the filed show other
What I think the correct behavior should be:
* listener gets same values as shown to the user - in case of empty fields, this would be value visible as hints
