Problem you have encountered:

When creating an API key, we are able to:

• Restrict the API key to a certain API [1]
• Add an application restriction to the API to specify which websites, IP addresses, or apps can use an API key.

However, you cannot place a quota on an API key. For example, only use for 5 calls/day.

What you expected to happen:

It would be nice to have a feature where we can fine-tune the API restrictions even further.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an API key [1].
2. Set a restriction on the API key [2].
