Hello,

We have noticed an issue when querying emails through the Gmail Pub/Sub subscription service. It seems that some emails are getting lost and not being received in our system.

Our process involves capturing the UserStoryList, where emails appear as MessageAdded. However, when we attempt to access a specific email, we receive a response indicating that the RequestEntity cannot be found—despite the fact that the email is actually present in the recipient’s inbox.

Could you help us investigate why this discrepancy is occurring and why some emails are not being properly retrieved?
