Maybe two or three weeks ago, because of the red word "Refresh token has been rotated," it became Failed, and other teams related to Oauth certification servers made a lot of modifications. It was said that it was not forbided at that time, but it eventually red"Failed", so the Oauth server program was modified. That's how it passed through "Passed". But now, the situation is the opposite. Now, it is Passing as the 'white word in below log' "Refresh token has been rotated" appears in Passed.
And if you look at the file "refreshtoken_3time.png", when the Test Refresh Token occurred, the refreshtoken was created every two seconds. Three refreshtoken were created at a time. (This part is the table of the Oauth certification team. I can do the "select" sentence.)
Is this the part that Google requested 3 times quickly, causing the current error? Please refer to it.
Thank you.

There was a time when tests passed irregularly once out of 100~200 times. (Creating a new test environment and connecting new devices, etc.) I saved the passed situations for now. But usually, this is how it fails.
