Issue Summary

• Cloud Build trigger is not automatically trigger when receiving events from Gitlab via webhook. No logs is generated to give me a hint of what is going wrong describing what is going wrong. Manual run of the trigger works fine.

How this might work

• Cloud Build triggers (Gitlab) triggers builds automatically on expected events
• Better logging should be available for those scenarios.

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:

Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):

• I've set user-defined service account permissions to cloud build service account, logwriter and storage admin => No effect
• I've tried change events to collect from pull request to push evens => No effects
• I've tried to remove any includ file filtering => No effects

I've sent a lot events from gitlab to the cloud build repository managed webhook. All were accepted (200 OK).
