Something to note, I have other videos that I'm assuming have similar video codecs, where the stretching occurs so it's not just that one video. It distorts the entire video and makes it unwatchable.

Description
I've encountered two pretty concerning issues when using the transcoding API with default settings (preset/web-hd).
When creating a job for the following portait, MP4 video, it will stretch the video making it landscape:
I'm assuming it has something to do with the pre-existing video codec, but not sure if this is something I can fix on my end or if it's an issue with the transcoding service itself.
It's easily reproducible by adding the video to a bucket and creating a transcoding job for it (happens every time).
A second, less serious, but still annoying, issue is with the following MOV:
When I create a transcoding job for this video, it will sometimes error, but a majority of the time the job seems to run forever. I'm fairly new to using this transcoding service, so primarily I'm wondering if there are steps I can take to first analyze the video and use different settings accordingly (without having to download the videos and use something like ffmpeg locally).
