When a TW number with an extension is formatted in "International" format, the # symbol is used to separate the extension. But if the extension is long (>= 10 digits), then the resulting string cannot be parsed.
The long extension is parsed just fine when separated with "ext.". International format says "+886 2 2123 4567#1234567890" but this cannot be parsed back:
