In order to avoid large Internet exposition we want to limit ingress of Cloud function. It works for trigger in the same project (

https://cloud.google.com/run/docs/securing/ingress) but it does not work if another project in the same organization trigger it.

For some use case we receive findings from Security Command Center through a PUB/SUB or we receive logs from log routers at folder level. In all these cases we need to open cloud function to Internet whereas ressources stay inside our organization.
