- I am a User
- No third party launcher using Default pixel launcher
- I cannot for now recreate the bug but will enable screen record and upload when caught

Description
* Which Android Developer Preview build are you using? See Settings > About phone > Build number (for example AP3A.241105.008). BP22.250103.008
* Is this a regression from Android 15 to 16? N
* What device are you using? (for example, Android Emulator, GSI, Pixel 9) Pixel 8 Pro
* What are the steps to reproduce the problem? (Please provide the minimal reproducible test case.) Go to Google Messages, try to click on individual message to see the time stamp or slide message to see the time stamp
* Issue Category e.g. Framework (platform), NDK (platform), Hardware (CPU, GPU, Sensor, Camera), ART (platform), Runtime Permissions etc
